Family trip to Ammersee

• Children up to 5 years of age travel free when accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 6 to 17 receive a 50% discount on the adult fare.
• When accompanied by a full-paying adult (mom, dad, grandma or grandpa), the first child or grandchild aged 6 to 17 travels at the child rate. All additional children or grandchildren aged 6 to 17 travel for only €1.00 each.
• Please show ID to prove age.

• Strollers and children's bicycles are always transported free of charge. A small fee is charged for adult bicycles.
• Bicycles with child trailers are also transported. The fee is only payable for the bicycle, not for the trailer.
• Access to the ships is somewhat restricted with trailers. To ensure smooth access via the narrow landing stages, trailers wider than 90 cm must be detached from the bicycle.
• Cargo bikes are not transported.
• Please note that the number of bicycles etc. per ship is limited for safety reasons. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that bicycles will be accepted for transport. 

Play facilities on board the ships:

• MS STARNBERG: Children's slide, observation tower with telescope
• MS SEESHAUPT: Play and climbing ship on the open deck, observation tower and telescope
• MS BERNRIED: Play ship on the open deck
• Electric ship BERG: Climbing wall with observation tower

All ships are equipped with baby changing facilities.

• Cold and hot food: Departure from Stegen with boat 2 at 10:25 a.m. and 2:10 p.m.
• Coffee and cake: Departure from Stegen with boat 3 at 11:55 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.
• Drinks machine: Departure from Stegen at 8:15 a.m. (boat 1), 6:10 p.m. (boat 4) and on the southern round trips from Herrsching with boat 5
